I read others reviews and purchased anyway. Big MISTAKE. 10 of 12 balloons were defective or didn’t inflate. The cute one of the graduate did inflate, but floated upside down. (We called it the witch!) The unfortunate thing is balloons can’t be inflated too far in advance of an event. It is highly likely that by the time consumers realize the high failure rate of this product, it is too late to request/receive a replacement. Fortunately, Amazon accepted the return, but that didn’t alleviate last minute scrambling to source other balloons and the $50 I’d already paid for the helium tank.
