I purchased these as one of my groomsman's gifts. There was a misspelling on one of the knifes, entirely my fault for moving to quickly and not double checking, I accidentally pressed a letter twice in one of the names. I contacted them to find if I could exchange one of the knifes, and pay to have them fix it. They sent me a new one for free with the right name on it. I really appreciate this because going through a wedding is stressful and spending even a little bit more money when you have so many things to do was going to put me out of budget. They were a lifesaver and I will definently keep them in mind next time I get a gift for someone. Btw, besides customer service the knifes are good. They have a quick and snappy spring loaded action with an assister for quick opening and they feel well balanced. The material of the handle is that kind of compressed wood which feels plasticy in consistency (like on my 120 dollar buck knife) and the blade is good of material and craftsmanship. It's only about 10-15 bucks or so each, but it's well worth it. Don't expect a 100 dollar knife but if you expect a 10 or even 25 dollar blade value, you won't be disappointed.
